Reality Checkwas created to help youth and their families cope with the many challenges they face. We, at Reality Check, believe that all adolescents are inherently good. While their behavior might not always be desirable, we view adolescents as having an inherent positive, prosocial nature. We also understand that adolescence could be a very challenging time for parents. Consequently, Reality Check strives to provide support to parents and adolescents that will assist them in successfully going through the teen years.

If you hardly recognize your teen anymore and find they have made changes in their choices, behavior, friends and attitude towards life, call Reality Check and make an appointment for an assessment.All assessments are completed confidentially by trained, licensed professional therapists. We’ll help you determine what’s going on and how to help both your adolescent and your family. We’ll let you know what services, programs and workshops may be of benefit, and help you identify what’s going on with yourteen.
